Shebag’s Bottega Veneta (BV) wallets have just been launched. Recently, Shebag has been releasing a large volume of new items, with daily updaing taking place. The leather used for BV wallets also comes from France and Italy, with more than ninety nine percent of BV’s direct suppliers located in Italy. The brand’s core leather goods, including wallets, are mainly produced in the Veneto and Tuscany regions, areas with centuries old traditions in leather craftsmanship. BV works with several top tier Italian tanneries, some of which are also said to supply other luxury brands such as Hermès.

These tanneries are renowned for producing buttery soft calfskin and nappa leather. The leather is characterized by fine grain, a smooth hand feel, exceptional flexibility, and the ability to develop a beautiful patina over time. Many of these factories are certified by the Leather Working Group, indicating high standards in environmental compliance and performance.

BV also sources high quality French calfskin from France. French calfskin is known for its tight grain and refined texture. Similar to Italian leather, French leather emphasizes durability and natural beauty. Some leading French tanneries, such as Haas, are highly respected in the industry for their sophisticated caviar leather and specialized finishing techniques, and these premium materials ensure the luxurious feel and long lasting quality of BV products.
